LIGHTSOLAR is the range of solar panels,
“Glass & Frameless” designed for applications whereweight,
thickness and resistance are fundamental characteristics.
The cells of these monocrystalline panels, with an efficiency of18.75%,
are inserted in an exclusive multilayer architecture:
the top layer is a highly resistant plastic polymer calledETFE
corrosion and damage from atmospheric agents, such that it can bedefined as self-repairing.
The surface of the panel, always exposed to scratches from treebranches, hail,
sharp surfaces or other accidental impacts, it is able to shapeitself,
returning to the initial shape ideal for capturing the sun’srays.
In the lower part of the structure there is instead a sheet ofPCB to contain e
dissipate the heat generated by the cells in the best possible wayand confer such robustness
to the panel to make it perfect also in nauticalapplications,
where (albeit with homogeneous and soft footwear) it is possible towalk on the panel.
ARCHITECTURE
Built with 7 Layers, including the ETFE surface,
the best surface in terms of efficiency and durability and a PCBsheet
which stiffens it making it sturdier and better at dissipatingheat.
JUNCTION BOX
The NDS aerodynamic box is home to the supplied 3m connectioncable
and contains the bypass diodes necessary to reduce the shadingphenomenon.
